Food Safety & Hygiene are of course of the utmost concern and importance to any food business and something which every chef and food producer must take seriously.
However, Euro-toques has serious concerns about the impact that the stringent application of food laws in Ireland can have, particularly for traditional and artisan food producers.
Euro-toques actively lobbies for fair and consistent enforcement of food safety legislation in Ireland through our membership of panels such as the Food Service Forum, Artisans Forum and Taste Council and through interaction with the relevant agencies.
