We believe there is huge untapped potential for Food Tourism in Ireland.
Our 2006 Food Forum & Fair at Brooklodge, Ireland the Food Island? Developing Ireland as a Culinary Destination addressed this topic and called on the government to put resources into developing Ireland as a food tourism destination. And what better way to demonstrate Irelands potential than to hold an event in the beautiful Brooklodge Hotel in the Wicklow mountains, which features Irelands only certified organic restaurant, accompanied by a fantastic Food Fair bringing together over 30 top artisan food producers.
