Full Euro-toques Membership is for Chefs and Professional Cooks. However, we also have a membership category for Small/Artisan food producers and Associate Membership for larger suppliers, industry service providers and related bodies/organisations.

Euro-toques is open to any chef or cook who takes an interest in and actively promotes the ideals of the organisation. Members do not have to be formally trained 'chefs' but would normally be active in the sector, either in a kitchen or teaching environment, and have proven experience.
The current membership includes chefs and cooks working as consultants, freelance chefs, caterers and tutors/lecturers and running or working in cookery schools, restaurants, country houses and hotels.
Membership of Euro-toques Ireland is open to chefs and cooks throughout the island of Ireland, and chefs working abroad who want to keep in touch with the Irish industry.

Chefs working directly with a Euro-toques member Head Chef may join as Additional Members.
Euro-toques Ireland has recently introduced Junior Membership for Student, Trainee and young chefs, as part of our commitment to working with and educating the chefs of the future.
There is also a level of membership available for Quality Small Food Producers, as Euro-toques aims to work closely to promote and protect this sector. Larger companies, usually suppliers to the catering sector, can become Associate Members or Sponsors of Euro-toques. Related state bodies and industry organisations can also become members.
All members, sponsors and associates are selected in accordance with the ideals and objectives of Euro-toques and must be approved by the Board of Commissioners.
