Activities

Central to our activities is education, in particular at Primary school level, to inspire passion for food in children and encourage healthy eating, and with both trainee and industry chefs to promote quality food sourcing and encourage high standards in our industry. A huge amount of our policy and lobbying activities centre on protecting and promoting quality food producer, particularly small, local, artisan and traditional producers, who are so essential to the work of our member chefs. See the PRODUCERS section for more information on our initiatives in this area.

Euro-toques is also active on a broad range of other agri-food and catering industry related issues; particularly those which impact on quality food production and the availability of quality food. See POLICY AREAS to discover some of the issues we address.
